Nestdoor.in provides:

● Documentation support (including rental agreements)

● Consultation and marketing services

Service Fees & Booking Amounts

Any fees paid towards:

● Consultation charges

● Documentation charges

● Rental agreement services

● Marketing or listing fees

● Site visit coordination

● Token or booking facilitation charges

are subject to the terms agreed at the time of payment.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

● Duplicate payment made by mistake

● Payment made but service not initiated

● Cancellation requested within 24 hours (if service work has not started)

All refund requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

● Once documentation work has started

● After rental agreement drafting/processing

● After marketing or property listing has been published

● After site visits have been arranged

● Change of mind after service delivery

● Developer or builder policy-related booking cancellations (subject to developer terms)

Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

Nestdoor.in is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

Developer / Builder Refunds

Developer / Builder Refunds:

● Refunds will be governed by the respective developer’s cancellation and refund policy

● Nestdoor.in acts only as a channel partner and is not responsible for builder refund timelines
